Overall length: Its about 23" inches from end to end circumference, and will fit an adult small to medium head size. Yes, youth can still wear the hat, there is an adjustable fabric fastener on backside.
The front Bill or Visor is not an adult standard size, and will be on the small size. Size of visor is about 2.75" (H) x 7.5" (L)
