The SST and the G Force® can be found in many professional ballparks, training facilities, and college campuses for a reason. The G Force® and SST are a great counterbalance combination in training with the G Force typically weighing +6-8 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 32” 40 oz.) and the SST typically weighing -5-6 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 32” 26 oz.).
