DeMarini The Goods One Piece Baseball Bat

The DeMarini Goods One-Piece Baseball Bat is available in USSSA and BBCOR versions. This bat prioritizes pure power hitting with its massive X14 Alloy Barrel, the largest allowable size in USSSA play. The one-piece alloy construction ensures maximum stiffness and bat speed, ideal for generating power on contact. The Goods One-Piece keeps things simple with a traditional feel and a focus on transferring every ounce of effort into the swing. While it might not have the most forgiving sweet spot, this bat is a great choice for young power hitters looking to crank the ball deep.

Perfect bat for:
Players who want a robust bat with a stiffer feel for more feedback during hits.

Key features include:

X14 Alloy BarrelHigh-performance alloy that offers maximum power and durability, making it perfect for power hitters.

Top Competitors

The DeMarini The Goods, a one-piece composite bat, swings stiff like a wood bat for maximum power and features a large sweet spot for consistent contact. In contrast, the Louisville Slugger Omaha, a one-piece aluminum bat, prioritizes a lighter swing weight for bat control, making it easier to handle for contact hitters. The Marucci Cat 9, another one-piece aluminum bat, balances power with a large sweet spot and a responsive feel on contact, making it a well-rounded choice for various hitters.

👍 Pros
Feels amazing and the improvement to the connector piece has added even more pop!
This bat means business. The more you swing it the hotter it gets that’s for sure.
The barrel is massive! I've been using the Cat X and decided to switch to the Goods, and in my opinion, it's a far superior bat, especially if you're an experienced hitter.
👎 Cons
Bat was used twice and after the second absolute nuke. It broke.
⁦Son doesn’t like it. Too much “ringing” in hands.⁩
Stinging in my hands if I don't hit the ball perfectly.
The Goods One Piece is the end loaded, heavier version of the Voodoo One. Very similar design, a one piece alloy bat. You have a tiny market share that uses it; the popularity isn't as strong as the two piece simply because The Goods One Piece seems to rattle. If you don't hit it in the barrel's sweet spot, you can get a little feedback in the hands, a slight vibration. The Goods two-piece has a damper built in, so if you didn't hit it just right, it absorbed some of that vibration, whereas the one-piece doesn't have that technology.
