Full Pivot System for quick, secure adjustability.
Monocoque Shell for ultralight protection.

Top Competitors

The Cascade CS Youth Lacrosse Helmet prioritizes comfort and ease of use for beginners. It features a lightweight shell, memory foam padding, and a 3-bar design for maximum visibility. The Warrior Burn Jr. and STX Rival Jr. focus on balancing protection and a comfortable fit. The Warrior Burn Jr. utilizes its own multi-impact liner and adjustable straps for a secure feel. The STX Rival Jr. features an air pump system for a snug fit and a more traditional shell design.

Progression of the CS Youth

The Cascade CS Youth Lacrosse Helmet represents an earlier generation of Cascade's youth offerings, preceding the more advanced CS-R.

👍 Pros
Great value for the price tag. It offers protection, a snug fit, and a lightweight design. Highly recommend!
A breeze to adjust. And the snug fit provides protection against those inevitable bruises and bumps that go with learning the game.
My son gets way too hot during games, so a helmet that is both lightweight and breathable was a must-have. The CS is exactly that.
👎 Cons
For younger kids with narrower heads, the sizing options are pretty limited. Finding the perfect fit took a decent amount of trial and error.
This is a great basic helmet, but my son will eventually need something with more specialized features and better protection.
While the black and white color combo is classic, I think a few more color ways would be better for younger players.
It's essential to know that the Cascade CS Youth Lacrosse Helmet might seem like a price-friendly option, but it caters to a particular age group. This particular helmet is best for beginners or young players (typically under 10) because of its simplified sizing system and light weight. The trade-off for the low price is a less protective liner compared to Cascade's higher-end options.
