I absolutely love the 1Xs. They are so light and comfortable. You can really feel the ice, and it makes all movement really smooth.
I play 4-5 times a week and there aren't any scratches on them. Not to mention they look very nice too.
Comfortable immediately, lightweight, stiff boot, great tongue with anti-lace bite feature, s4 steels are definitely taller and hold an edge.

👎 Cons
The eyelets for the laces are made poorly. They break and because it is a molded plastic there is no way of repairing them.
What has happened to Bauer?? These skates are low quality.
Decent skates, I would be mindful of the sizing though. I had to reorder mine because they were way too snug.
