Overall good bat
I purchased this bat for my 10u son. He previously had a one piece aluminum Cat 9. Overall, he liked the Cat 9 better. It felt more balanced and forgiving. The Cat X took a long time to break in to similar pop level. The cat x seems like a better bat for a bigger/stronger kid, which my son is not.

Nice swinging bat with an end loaded feeling to it. Has lots of pop and very durable. Has allowed my son to hit very hard hit line drives and even a few homeruns this season.
Balanced swing weight Great POP
This two piece composite CAT X has a balanced swing so no need to worry about dropping the barrel through the zone. The two piece helps with sting in the hands. Great bat for any level of play.

Great alternative
This bat is a great cheaper option and a more reliable option compared to something like the hype fire. It does require breaking in but it has a good sweet spot with great pop. It shouldn’t break if broken in nicely.

The CAT X composite is absolutely amazing! My son loves the balanced, light swing weight. He says it really feels like an extension of his arms. The bat has loads of pop and no ringing, even on miss hits. The USSSA CatX Composite is an A+ .
