The Easton ADV 1 Baseball Bat is a one-piece composite that features Launch Comp technology for a large sweet spot and power on contact. Its Carbon Zero handle, made of 90% carbon fiber, reduces vibration and enhances control. With a balanced swing weight and USA Baseball certification, it’s an excellent choice for young players looking to improve their game.

Perfect bat for
Youth players seeking a lightweight, composite bat that offers a combination of power, speed, and control.

Key features include:

Ultra-Lite Launch Composite TechnologyEnsures a lighter swing weight while maximizing power and bat speed, tailored for youth hitters.
Power Boost™ "Soft Knob"Delivers more leverage and power potential, while reducing vibration and improving comfort.
Carbon Zero HandleConstructed with 90% carbon fiber, it provides an extra stiff feel on contact, translating to more energy returned to the ball.
Speed CapEnhances flexibility and responsiveness of the barrel while creating a more pleasant sound on impact.
One-Piece CompositeOffers a solid, consistent feel across the bat, enabling young players to swing with confidence and precision.

Top Competitors

The Louisville Slugger Solo, a two-piece aluminum bat, offers a more traditional feel with a balanced swing weight for easier bat control. The Marucci Cat 9 Composite swings similar to the Solo (aluminum) but provides a slightly larger sweet spot, making it a good middle ground between power and control. Consider swing style when choosing a bat: power hitter who can handle a stiffer bat (ADV 1), balanced hitter who prefers a traditional feel (Solo), or a hitter wanting a blend of power and control (Marucci Cat 9 Composite).

👍 Pros
After some research, we landed on the ADV1 for our 10-year-old. It’s really boosted his confidence.
Great balance and pop. Added taper to the knob, and my son loves it.
This bat has an awesome crack when the ball is hit well. Highly recommended.
👎 Cons
Found a small fracture in the barrel after only a few week.
The bat feels hard, and there is a ton of sting.
Cracked within the first couple games. Not my favorite bat.
The ADV1 is ready to use right out of the box. Unlike some composite bats that take time to break in, this one delivers from day one. No waiting around for weeks to see its full potential – kids can hit the ground running. It's not perfect for everyone. The ADV1 has a stiffer feel than some traditional aluminum bats, so it might not be ideal for smaller players who prioritize a super light swing.
