The Edge has been one of the most popular lacrosse heads from Brine since its release. What sets this head apart from all of its competitors is the customizable bottom rail that gives the player the option to create a low positioned or a mid positioned pocket. Brine created one of the most revolutionary lacrosse heads by implementing an abundance of sidewall holes to give the player exactly what they want. The head’s slight profile that sits further back on the shaft allows for easier ground ball pick up. Due to the wide face of the stick, the Edge is a great option for defensive players, as it’s great for causing turnovers and enabling the transition. As one of Brine’s top-selling heads of all time, the Edge can still be found being used by elite level players. It features a nice and wide face shape and a gradual flare, which makes it an attractive option for a lot of defenders; that said, this head could easily also be used on midfielder or attack, but is probably best suited for an LSM or D Pole. With the very unique scoop and sidewall design, creating a custom pocket is no issue. Whether you like a higher pocket or a lower pocket, you will be able to achieve your ideal pocket design.

The Stallion 1K is the top midfielder head for sure. It's based on the original Stallion design that pro player Kyle Harrison used and designed for that two-way midfielder. The 1K has an improved stiffness, shape retention, and an updated scoop. PLL rookie, Nick Nakeie Montgomery, who ranked 28th in Duke history in career points, also uses this head. I like this head because it can be used both on the offensive side of midfield and the defensive side. It weighs in at about 4.7 oz, making it lighter than the current ECD DNA 2.0, StringKing Mark 2V, and Mark 2T.

It has 4 screw holes on the throat to ensure the head doesn’t rattle.
