The Proto-R excels in quick-release situations. Its low kickpoint is ideal for players who need to get shots off quickly in tight spaces. The stick loads efficiently, translating into fast, accurate shots. I would say that puck feel is a standout feature of the Proto-R. The Sonic Core tech in the blade provides excellent feedback, allowing players to maintain a high level of puck control during stickhandling and passing.
