When putting on goalie pads, the first thing to do is put the knee roll in place over your knee. Then, you'll want to put on your inner thigh strap. Next, take a look at where your shin pads are going and make sure that won't interfere with the foot of the pads after they are strapped up.

Put on the Vaughn goalie pads front first and then back. Insert the boot into the toe of your pad and pull it up snug against the top of your skate.
