-   I've always used Easton gear for baseball. Got this bat for my 9-year-old and it's impressive. Good pop and similar to the Easton Ghost, but with more power.

**CONS**

-   I got two bats for my kids, a 29-11 and a 30-10. Both broke even though we used them properly and never misused them. I had to send them back to the manufacturer.
    
-   My son loved the bat, it improved his confidence and hitting skills. However, it cracked unexpectedly despite following the instructions. We're disappointed with the quality, and my son was heartbroken.
    
-   Although the bat was great while it worked, it's disappointing that it failed after just one year, especially not at the barrel. There seem to be manufacturing and durability issues with this expensive bat.

The Easton ADV 360 is a two-piece composite bat. It has a light swing and big barrel. Perfect for the younger hitter. I think it is popular because of the paint job, which is bright neon yellow. It is more of a look than a performance bat, but still a very good bat that doesn’t have a huge amount of breakage. It's an average bat for either Little League or USSSA.

**PROS**



* A kid in a slump hit his first-ever home run with this bat. It arrived just in time for a playoff game and worked great for my average-sized 11-year-old son - not too heavy.
* After breaking in this bat properly, it really performs well! My son uses it for our USSSA 8U Travel team and you can easily tell when it's hit on the sweet spot. The bat is also forgiving on mis-hits, often resulting in faster grounders than usual (for this age group) and very high pop.
* This bat has more pop than most USA bats, similar to BBCOR/USSA. We broke it in with tee hits, and my son hit missiles and balls over the fence on the first day. Expensive, but worth it for avid players.

**CONS**



* Great indoor results with the new non-Easton bat during coach pitch pre-season. Disappointing mid-season pop-up infield hits. I've always used Easton before, won't try other brands again.
* Great pop, but poor performance when missing sweet spot. Treated with care, but still cracked in Apr. Son upset I didn't allow use in cold weather, with heavy balls or pitching machines. It was mostly used as game bat last year, did not last into 2nd season.
* My son's bat barrel cracked after hitting his first HR, leaving him without a bat during All Stars and elimination series.

The DeMarini CF is a classic model that goes back to 2015 and offers one of the hottest models (2017) but is limited in use as its performance surpasses bat standards. Overall, the CF reflects a classic design which has been the same since 2015. A two-piece composite that offers a large barrel and sweet spot with a lightweight handle that creates a whip-like feel to it with the flexible connection between the handle and barrel.

With a 270 degree engineered hitting zone, the Avenge is designed for maximum performance, strength, and durability. The perfect combination of power and speed, the Avenge utilizes carbon hyperwhip end cap technology to reduce weight distribution at the end of the baseball bat and a vibration canceling system (VCS) to reduce hand vibrations for a smoother shock absorbing swing. Added in 2019, the 3-piece composite bat construction and the charged carbon barrel provides improved performance along the length of the barrel in addition to a lighter swinging bat that feels smoother on mishits. Early in the lineup hitters, as well as the occasional power guy, will like this bat’s performance. If you thought the Axe Avenge via 2018 swung a bit too heavy for you then it would be time to reconsider the 2019 version. The latest model features a lighter swing weight. All in all, the 2019 Avenge is a lighter swinging bat with a larger usable barrel size and a smoother feel on mishits. These differences are in large part due to changes in the composite make up (to a "charged carbon") that allows for longer performance along the length of the barrel.
