Dingers, nothing but dingers
Five stars based entirely on potential. Our kid has never actually swung this bat in a game. Not once. He carries it to the plate, stares at it with admiration, and then watches strike three go by. So technically, we have zero firsthand evidence that it hits baseballs. That said, we're absolutely convinced that if he ever decided to swing it, he'd be launching majestic dingers into the next zip code. The bat has done its part by looking fast, sounding cool when it taps home plate, and inspiring irrational levels of parental confidence. Until the first swing happens, we'll just keep believing the home runs are loading...
Great feel
This bat was a good bat with great feel. My son is not a power hitter but this bat fit him well. He made contact with ease and had little to no sting. Overall the bat looked good and performed better!
Great bang for the buck
The Cat 9 is an excellent bat for the cost. It’s durable, balanced, and has a great barrel. It’s a perfectly good game bat, and a great option for someone looking for a practice/cage bat if they want to limit the wear and tear on a more expensive composite bat.
