### Product Description 

Rossignol Pursuit skis are a series comprised of four models designed specifically for novice skiers who prefer carving on groomed trails. Pursuit skis are ideal for turning at a decent rate of speed on flat, hard, and smooth trails, and are not recommended for tackling moguls or other types of variable terrain. The low-profile tip rockers can make turn initiation with these skis a little more difficult and at slower speeds the skis can feel a little sluggish. Rossignol Pursuit features a Poplar Wood Core for optimal balance and weight distribution adding a blend of power and agility. Rossignol’s Prop Tech helps improve edge contact and enhanced control to improve turn initiation for a more enjoyable ride.


### Expert Notes

Staying true to its namesake, the Rossignol Pursuit shines at high speeds and performs best when pushed hard. The low-profile tip rocker challenges you to initiate each turn, but once engaged the Pursuit is stable and propels you out of each turn with exceptional power. We should note that the Pursuit is not the best ski at slower speeds; you may find that you feel sluggish when you’re skiing too slowly. The narrow waist width delivers quick edge-to-edge control. Built with adaptive torsion flex, the Pursuit can absorb variable terrain for added responsiveness and control.
