Pursuit

### Product Description

Rossignol Pursuit skis are a series comprised of four models designed specifically for novice skiers who prefer carving on groomed trails. Pursuit skis are ideal for turning at a decent rate of speed on flat, hard, and smooth trails, and are not recommended for tackling moguls or other types of variable terrain. The low-profile tip rockers can make turn initiation with these skis a little more difficult and at slower speeds the skis can feel a little sluggish. Rossignol Pursuit features a Poplar Wood Core for optimal balance and weight distribution adding a blend of power and agility. Rossignol’s Prop Tech helps improve edge contact and enhanced control to improve turn initiation for a more enjoyable ride.

### Expert Notes

Staying true to its namesake, the Rossignol Pursuit shines at high speeds and performs best when pushed hard. The low-profile tip rocker challenges you to initiate each turn, but once engaged the Pursuit is stable and propels you out of each turn with exceptional power. We should note that the Pursuit is not the best ski at slower speeds; you may find that you feel sluggish when you’re skiing too slowly. The narrow waist width delivers quick edge-to-edge control. Built with adaptive torsion flex, the Pursuit can absorb variable terrain for added responsiveness and control. This is the perfect ski for those early morning risers who love to take advantage of the fresh corduroy over last night’s dusting.

Super 7

### Product Description

Rossignol’s Super 7 are an extremely popular freeride ski for those who love floating through deep powder, charging down open bowls, or carving through glades. The Super 7 offers unrivaled big-mountain performance with effortless floatation, speed control, and ease in maneuverability. Featuring Rossignol’s Air Tip 2.0 construction, extra weight in the tips of the ski reduces swing weight and provides uncompromising versatility to go wherever the snow takes you. The Carbon Alloy Matrix absorbs negative vibrations and stiffens up the ski for improved response in firmer conditions. One of the widest skis created by Rossignol, the Super 7 features a heavy dose of rocker and offers max float in powder.

### Expert Notes

As the largest ski in the 7 Series, the Super 7 is one of the best performing skis in the family. With its wider waist and rocker-camber-rocker profile, these are the most predictable, controllable and powerful skis in the 7 Series, allowing you to blast through bottomless powder with ease. Built with Paulownia wood and Carbon Alloy Matrix, these are super lightweight and easy riding planks that don’t shirk away from high speed exits or mandatory airs. As with all the 7 Series, the Super 7 comes with the Air Tip technology that reduces swing weight and helps distribute energy and power throughout the entire ski.
