-   I switched to the L3 from the old model, and it's a perfect upgrade. The plastic is lighter and stiffer, and the face shape is great. Although there are plenty of stringing holes, I wish the sidewall holes were slightly larger.
    
-   Can be strung in various ways to fit any pocket location (high to low). Suitable for traditional style. Feels stiff. If you liked Lakota 2, you'll love L3.
    
-   One of the best middie heads I have used. The offset and the face shape makes it perfect for a fast shooter.

* I like this head - it's light and performs great. But, it's too fragile. I've had two breaks in 8 months at the throat. If it were more durable, it'd be the best ever.
* Used this new lacrosse head in college practice and after 7-8 months it cracked near the throat. Love the color and design but not perfect yet.

The Stallion 1K is the top midfielder head for sure. It's based on the original Stallion design that pro player Kyle Harrison used and designed for that two-way midfielder. The 1K has an improved stiffness, shape retention, and an updated scoop. PLL rookie, Nick Nakeie Montgomery, who ranked 28th in Duke history in career points, also uses this head. I like this head because it can be used both on the offensive side of midfield and the defensive side. It weighs in at about 4.7 oz, making it lighter than the current ECD DNA 2.0, StringKing Mark 2V, and Mark 2T.

This is my favorite defensive head by far. It has a wider face than the first generation to make knocking passes down and transition that much easier. Offensive midfielders really like the 2.0 because you can shoot well with it, you can pass well with it, and it has a lot of control. Compared to the first model, it has a new scoop to make it lighter and more durable. It has a ton of sidewall options for stringing different patterns. Ned Crotty from the PLL Chrome uses this head as a two-way midfielder.

It's got a lot of sidewall holes that would allow for multiple sidewall patterns, so you have a ton of different stringing options. Some players like to do a high pocket with a little bit more whip, and some like a mid to low pocket for less whip and more control. This head is for players who'd like to have the ball lower in the pocket, but it's also versatile in what you can do with it.

This head is just like the Tank 2.0, you can throw some pretty hard checks with it. It has a tighter face compared to most defensive heads which makes control of ground balls much easier.
