  • Carbon layering: The Catalyst 9X features twenty-five layers of carbon fiber, shedding weight while creating a strong, durable stick.
  • BAT technology: True’s BAT technology incorporates lightweight braided fibers throughout the blade to guarantee more accurate shots than the XC9.
👍 Pros

I've had Catalyst's forever. The 9X is extremely light, with a great feel and control.
This stick has a phenomenal feel and shots have lots of pop when hit well.
👎 Cons
The toe and the heel of the stick and cracking and separating.
Delamination on the blade and shaft made the stick unusable after only a couple months.
This stick chipped almost immediately.
True is known for its incredibly lightweight sticks. True Temper technology has been making carbon materials for sporting goods for decades. Catalyst is one of the newest sticks and True's flagship model for a mid-kick point stick. It really balances both powerful shots and good control for accurate passing and shooting.
