* These skates offer a lot of bang for your buck! The one-piece boot is stiff and responsive, providing excellent power transfer for strong strides. They come with the top-of-the-line SpeedBlade XS runners which offer great edge control. For the price point, they feel like a true pro-level skate.
* The Jetspeed FT6 skates are surprisingly comfortable, even for a high-performance model. The liner is thermoformable, which allows for a customized fit around my ankle for better pressure point distribution and overall comfort.
* You get what you pay for. This high-end CCM is perfect for me. I spent about 2 hours trying to find the perfect fit for my feet; the FT6 was it for me. On the ice, this shines even more.

* They feel heavy on the feet. I have to get used to how heavy they are... I came from wearing the super light Mach supremes every day, so it’s a big difference.
* While the Game Ready Fit helps, there is a break-in period of a few weeks due to the stiffness of the boot. I’m still having some minor discomfort around the ankles.

The FT6 Pro is basically the FT4 Pro on steroids. It offers really, really good speed and a bit better comfort than the FT4 Pro. It also has more flexibility and memory foam to prevent lace bite, and it addresses range-of-motion issues. This skate offers speed, power, and a good range of motion. You can really dig in and get that power and still go with the angles.

* The one-piece boot and carbon construction are super stiff and really transfer energy into your strides. My slapshot has gotten noticeably harder since I switched to these skates. Plus, the Powerflex tendon allows for a full range of motion for powerful strides.
* By far the most comfortable skate/boot I've ever put my feet into...like warm melted butter.
* For a high-performance stiff boot, these skates are surprisingly lightweight and maneuverable. The Step Steel blades are sharp and give you excellent edge control. They helped me improve my agility on the ice.

* These skates are definitely at the top end of the price range. They're a great skate, but you're paying for the premium features and performance.
* These are very stiff skates designed for powerful strides. They require a lot of leg strength to use effectively.

The AS-V Pro offers a close, professional fit, and a lot of power. I really love the quick acceleration. The number one thing with this skate is comfort. The padding really secures the ankle and foot while keeping the flexibilityity to turn and move. The tongue has a funky design, but it allows you to get a full range of motion without feeling insecure in the skate or like it's going to fall off or wobble.

Aesthetically, this skate is a fan favorite among hockey players who aren’t ashamed to say they care about the look of their gear. JetSpeed FT1 skates are praised for their black contoured boot with subtle red accents. This look is clean and sharp, and is very similar to Bauer’s 1X LE skate. In addition, the soft white tongue is extremely comfortable and adds some flashiness for those players who like to let their tongues fly while they’re skating. As far as performance goes, JetSpeed FT1 skates are super quick on the ice as a result of CCM’s one-piece technology, which produces an unbelievable level of responsiveness with each stride.
