The Mega version is specifically made for wider feet and provides approximately 3-4mm of extra material around the cleat area. Sidi shoes are known to run a size smaller, so buyers are advised to choose one size larger than their current shoe size. These cycling shoes utilize breathable and durable Technomicro microfiber vented uppers with cooling mesh panels to keep feet cool and comfortable on hot days. The caliber buckle is a 2-way ratchet that allows for easy on-bike adjustment during a race with incremental tightening and loosening. All buckles, straps, and mechanisms are serviceable and replaceable. The padded tongues eliminate pressure points on the feet and heel cups help stabilize and support your heels to reduce heel slip and provide added foot protection.
