Best overall for non-BBCOR
My son used both a drop 8 and drop 5. Both bats have the pop and balance needed for a player who hits for high average and extra base hits. Durability is excellent considering the amount of swings taken throughout the year.

Bat was in perfect condition. Has more pop than regular CatX and less vibration in your hands.

This is my son’s second bat in this model. He outgrew the previous one. Great pop! He only bats with Marucci now…..

The CATX Connect is a hybrid bat. It's a strong performer. It's top five in the hybrid market. Very easy to swing, very well balanced. There's a good nature to it; it doesn't dent. It's very durable. But it is an end-loaded bat and a two-piece hybrid, so it's more designed for the power hitter and for stronger players.
