Best overall for non-BBCOR
My son used both a drop 8 and drop 5. Both bats have the pop and balance needed for a player who hits for high average and extra base hits. Durability is excellent considering the amount of swings taken throughout the year.
Kids loves it
First time using a USSSA bat and bought it as a backup to his 2 pc composite by another brand since we love in New England and it gets cold. After practices and a few games he’s decided on this as his gamer and is making solid contact and says it’s super comfortable to swing.
Great pop
Slightly end loaded. Excellent pop. Very durable.
Good "pop" and a balanced.
For a USA bat, it has a decent pop. Marucci is good brand. Because of the league, only USA bats allowed. This one was a good choice for right price.
Solid Performer.
Bat was in perfect condition. Has more pop than regular CatX and less vibration in your hands.
Marucci CAT X Connect Baseball Bat
The Marucci CAT X Connect is a two-piece hybrid with an AZR alloy barrel. The alloy barrel pairs with a stiff S-40 composite handle. An outer-locking connection makes the two-piece feel stiff and quiet. A power-loaded barrel puts weight toward the end for hitters. It suits stronger hitters who want hybrid power over a one-piece alloy.
Key features include:
| Certifications | Sold in BBCOR and USSSA versions. |
| Ring-Free Barrel | The barrel has no rings, avoiding dead spots. |
| Separate From CATX2 Connect | The CATX2 Connect is a different bat. |
