Starting with the construction, the FT4 Hockey Pants feature 400D textured polyester and reinforced side panels which provide great durability over time. This material is also very light and flexible for the fast-moving competitive level player. At the thigh, there is lightweight foams and molded PE plastics which provide a great level of protection. Also, the FT4 Hockey Pant features a zipper on the inside of the thigh so the player can customize the width of their pant. Moving to the top of the pant, the hip and kidneys are protected with molded PE caps to provide superior lightweight protection. At the back and spine, the FT4 Hockey Pant has a floating spine protector with new injection-molded hybrid spine shield. This provides superior impact spine protection while keeping a great level of mobility. Underneath the padded belt, the FT4 Hockey Pants come with a hidden extension zipper so the player can customize the length if they would like the pant to be longer. On top of this adjustment, there is an easy fit built in belt system for seamless adjustment.
