The VICIS Zero2 Adult Football Helmet is truly the first of its kind, designed as a position-specific helmet for linemen. Guys that play in the trenches know their rough and tumble world is different from the players on the outside. They take impacts on every snap, and those impacts can add up. VICIS set out to address that with the Trench, which includes all the features of the Zero2 helmet with an added piece in the front of the shell that helps to mitigate low velocity impacts. The additional front offset is made from the same material as the rest of the shell and has the ability to deform like a car bumper at impact, lessening the force before it reaches the head. Beneath the shell, the RFLX 2.0 padding features separate pods that buckle on impact to further disperse impact energy. The unique DLTA pod system uses pods that snap in and out of six locations in the helmet and are available in five thicknesses to help you configure it to your head shape without the help of an inflation bladder. For even better performance, the compatible facemasks feature optimized vertical and horizontal sightlines for maximum situational awareness. Mask is Navy. We can switch color or style if we have it.
