The Nemesis 3 is the third generation in the Nemesis line. It’s a lighter head (almost 12 ounces) because goalies need to step to the ball and move their hands fast at awkward angles. They made this head a bit stiffer because when you save a harder shot, the head can flex back a little bit. With this model, they wanted to avoid that. It’s meant to be really stiff so that it doesn't flex as much and so the head can take more shots.

The STX Eclipse is the best-selling goalie head ever made because it includes an open sidewall with the largest surface area of all heads on the market. The head also has a streamlined scoop to create a wide channel that helps goalies make accurate, consistent clears and cradle with control. The Eclipse is universally legal, and is also the first goalie head to feature open sidewall technology. This allows the head to be which overall wider and longer, which in turn helps increase the overall size of the stopping area for goalies. The head also has an abundance of sidewall holes to help goalies customize their pockets perfectly to give the head the passing accuracy of a normal offensive head.
