In general, men's lacrosse shorts range from XXS to XXXL sizes, while women's lacrosse shorts (and skirts) are available in sizes XS to XXL. For men, the largest lacrosse shorts out there will fit a waist size around 52", while for women the largest waist size is 36". Men’s XXS shorts are typically equivalent in size to a pair of XL youth shorts. Youth Large lax shorts are equivalent to a 14-16 standard U.S. youth pants size.
