PROS:



* The 3D-lasted flex composite boot provides a good amount of stiffness while still maintaining some flexibility for maneuverability. The skate feels very responsive.
* The fit on the Supreme 3S is a major improvement over my previous skates. The Performance Fit System with the hydrophobic microfiber liner feels super comfortable. The break-in period was reasonable, and there weren't any major pressure points.
* I had no issues with them. There was no lace bite like in my Vapors, and there was no rubbing in the toe cap. They literally feel like slippers on my feet.

CONS:



* This skate is not meant for a wide foot! After 45 minutes, I wanted to get off the ice; it took me up to 2 hours to walk normally. They put so much pressure on the outside of my feet. Super uncomfortable. 
* The Supreme 3S offers some heat-molding capabilities, but only on certain areas of the liner.
* My son is having a hard time with these skates. They are not comfortable even after 2 sessions of molding and spending an extra $40 on special inserts.

The 3S will give you a lot of power, more power than you would get with some of the older models. It features the Pro TPU outsole, which has additional stiffness in the lower portion of the skate, delivering more speed. It's lightweight, and the upgraded foam also adds comfort. The 3S has the stainless steal runner and the trigger release system, allowing you to quickly swap out the blade. It's a skate you could play multiple seasons with.

* Two thumbs up for 2X’s. 5 years on my last set of skates and it was time for an upgrade, and the 2X’s do not disappoint. Very light, comfortable, and fast. 
* The fit on these skates is excellent. The new anatomical design with a wider toe box feels more comfortable than previous Vapor models, especially for players with wider feet. 
* The boot on these skates feels lighter than expected. The responsiveness of the boot is also great, allowing for good energy transfer in my strides.

CONS:



* While the stiffness is good for intermediate players, some advanced skaters might find the Vapor 2X a bit too flexible.
* I question the longevity of the liner. While they seem fine for now, I worry about how they'll hold up with long-term use.
* The Vapor 2X offers some limited heat-molding capabilities, but not to the same extent as some higher-end Bauer skates.

The Vapor 2X is just one notch down in durability and comfort from the 2X Pro. You might not notice as much comfort right off the bat, but overall, the fit and feel are pretty much the same. The 2X will still have the asymmetrical toe cap, ankle padding, and three-piece felt tongue. If you gave someone a new pair of 2X Pros and the 2Xs, blindfolded them, and asked them to figure out which was which, they would have difficulty distinguishing between the two.
