Endurance is the name of the game when it comes to Easton’s Mako bat series. Despite being discontinued in 2017, Easton Mako bats continue to sell very well in the modern market. This two-piece composite bat offers an additional jolt of pop at the plate, and its anti-vibration technology makes getting jammed a little less painful—physically, at least. The 2016 Easton Mako, in particular, has ascended into baseball bat folklore because of its neon green colorway and insane ability to demolish baseballs (although some hitters prefer the orange 2015 model, too). The CAT9 Connect is going to be in the same market as the Select Power, The Goods, and the Voodoo. It's a two-piece hybrid alloy barrel with a composite handle. It's a top-three bat for me. Very good performer and very popular. Just a great overall product.

Rawlings wanted to create a bat that’s meant specifically for smaller framed
players—and that’s just what they did with the Threat. The newest 2022 Threat comes
in an awesome Stars and Stripes themed colorway that we all
love, and delivers on its promise of enabling smaller hitters to swing with extra speed
through the strike zone. The 2022 Threat has evolved from when the series started in
2018 by adding even more width to an already expansive barrel—although I’ve heard
young hitters still love the 2019 Threat, as well (if only because of its neon green
colorway). If you seek a one piece composite bat that isn’t going to break the bank and
will benefit those who haven’t yet grown into their natural power, the Rawlings Threat
series stands alone.
