* This head was meant to be my backup, but now I use it as my starter. I highly recommend it for offensive players, especially attackmen. It's perfect!
* Good control up close or running from X, but compared to Kinetik 3, the ball sails high/wide from >20ft out. Tough for sweeping alley attacks.
* Throws great and I have great control with the ball.

* It does feel a bit stiffer in the top section...definitely stiffer than the 900
* Compared to other competitor heads, the Stallion 1K offers fewer sidewall stringing holes.

The Stallion 1K is the top midfielder head for sure. It's based on the original Stallion design that pro player Kyle Harrison used and designed for that two-way midfielder. The 1K has an improved stiffness, shape retention, and an updated scoop. PLL rookie, Nick Nakeie Montgomery, who ranked 28th in Duke history in career points, also uses this head. I like this head because it can be used both on the offensive side of midfield and the defensive side. It weighs in at about 4.7 oz, making it lighter than the current ECD DNA 2.0, StringKing Mark 2V, and Mark 2T.

It is incredibly accurate and has a new structure that provides a natural whip to the head, unlike many other heads. * Lots of side holes are available to string low, mid, or high pockets. It’s even good to use for a traditionally strung head.
