The M4 fairway woods can be described as one of the hottest and best-selling clubs on the market with Fairway Power Plus ultimate forgiveness. The Inverted Cone design on the inside of the face increases ball speed on off-center hits. It has a slightly larger head than you may be used to, but it is also more forgiving. The speedpocket is still in existence and has a calmer look when it addresses the ball. The X fairway woods are an older model, but they still work quite well and are a solid option.  These woods feel hot off the club face, and have excellent turf interaction. You’ll experience high launch with a solid feel without all the adjustments of loft and lie. All in all, this is a classic club with no bells or whistles. You can play with it the way that it comes, without having to make any adjustments. These offer a smaller head than the current fairway woods that you’ll find on the market, but they still do their job and are an outstanding club. This is a great fairway wood option for a mid-handicapper. You will be able to make an effortless swing and see great results.

**CONS:**
- I don't claim to be the greatest ball striker, but even just when taking divots and regular hits out of the rough, there are significant paint chips on the entire club after three rounds of usage.
- I hit under the ball slightly, causing an impact on the upper edge of the club, which left a mark on the club. It seems that the piece is made from a rather soft material that looks like plastic. I'm not very happy. It’s permanent. 
- The club performs okay, but only when one strikes the ball correctly.
