TaylorMade SLDR Fairway Woods feature revolutionary Speed Pocket Technology and can help players of nearly any skill level hit longer, more consistent shots from the fairway, tee or light rough. The Speed Pocket is positioned behind the face and flexes at impact to increase ball speeds, add distance, and promote better forgiveness. The center of gravity (CG) is positioned lower and closer to the face for increased ball speed and reduced spin. The SLDR features a low-profile face for a lower sweet spot to help get the ball launched easily into the air. TaylorMade SLDR Fairway Woods come standard with either a Fujikura Speeder 77 shaft or the Tour-Preferred Fjuikura Motore Speeder TS 8.3 shaft and 55-gram FCT Lite grip.
