* This helmet is perfect and super comfortable. It feels really snug on my head and neck. I also really like the quick clip, unlike the other xrs. The magnet only releases when pulled down. Easy to put on with gloves.
* I have had most Cascade helmets and this is by far the best yet. Not since the Pro 7 have I had a helmet that protected the back of my head.
* I am using it as a goalie and I have no complaints. Fits true to size, feels amazing, and looks great.

CONS: 



* Love the Cascade helmets, but wish they had a size in between Youth and Adult. My son has just about outgrown his youth helmet, and this adult helmet says he should fit, but the adult is still too large.
* Considering the price it is better if you are pursuing higher levels and not necessarily for those who are just starting. It is a little difficult to adjust the straps yourself so I would recommend having someone like a coach, teammate, friend, etc help
* Pricey, especially if you customize it.

The Stallion 1K is the top midfielder head for sure. It's based on the original Stallion design that pro player Kyle Harrison used and designed for that two-way midfielder. The 1K has an improved stiffness, shape retention, and an updated scoop. PLL rookie, Nick Nakeie Montgomery, who ranked 28th in Duke history in career points, also uses this head. I like this head because it can be used both on the offensive side of midfield and the defensive side. It weighs in at about 4.7 oz, making it lighter than the current ECD DNA 2.0, StringKing Mark 2V, and Mark 2T.

This head comes in an offense and defense model. The offense is easy to use. ECD always produces a perfect head. It's made with light and durable material. You can get a lot of use out of the Rebel without really trashing it. And the defensive head is made to be stiff. It won't bend in any way, which defensemen like, especially when playing at the higher level. The more checks you throw, the more warped a head can get. The sidewalls are solid on the Rebel. A player can throw some pretty strong checks.

The Tactic 2.0 is an offensive head made for the overall midfielder whether it is for the outside shooter or the precision passer. Offensive midfielders really like the 2.0 because you can shoot well with it, you can pass well with it, and it has a lot of control. Compared to the first model, it has a new scoop to make it lighter and more durable. It has a ton of sidewall options for stringing different patterns. Ned Crotty from the PLL Chrome uses this head as a two-way midfielder.

This head is amazing. It's designed for the elite offensive shooter. The first generation was a top-selling head for 4 years, and the 2.0 brings a lot of updates. It’s very narrow so the head has a ton of ball control, and it has a refined scoop to make picking up balls a lot easier. I like how it strings, it has a ton of sidewall holes so you can make your pocket how you like it. It does just about everything, it shoots well, and the passing is good. It's my favorite offensive head I've ever tried.
