* This Cascade R is a tank. I play attack and take a lot of hard hits, but I feel completely confident with this helmet on. The Poron foam is incredible - it absorbs impact like crazy.
* The sizing system is super easy to use, and the liner conforms to your head perfectly. No pressure points, and no sloppy movement…it feels like it was custom-made for me. 
* The moisture-wicking liner does a great job of keeping my head cool and dry, even during the most intense games. Plus, the ear shells are comfortable and don't press down on my ears at all, which is a big deal for me.

* The Cascade R is definitely on the heavier side compared to some other helmets i’ve used. It's not a huge deal for me, but some players might find it a little bulky, especially attack or midfielders who need maximum mobility.
* This helmet is a top-of-the-line piece of equipment, and the price reflects that. It's definitely an investment. If you're a casual player or just starting out, there might be more affordable options available that offer a good balance of protection and price.
* The customization options seem a bit limited compared to some other high-end helmets on the market.
