It works perfectly.  The DIN's have been turned down to protect the springs.  This binding will easily adjust to fit ski boots with a boot sole length from between 270-365 mm.  All of the genuine Marker mounting screws are included.  This listing is for (1) Marker binding only and the ski in the picture is not included.
