Rawlings Heart of the Hide gloves are famous for the top-grade, USA steerhide leather they’re crafted from, which makes for a firm and sturdy glove that so many players love. Over time, Heart of the Hide gloves have been remodeled to make them easier to break in and cater more towards players’ specific tastes. The newest Heart of the Hide release is Rawlings’ ‘Gameday 57’ series, which celebrates the MLB’s annual “Gold Glove Award” (introduced in 1957), by individually numbering each model—making every glove a one-of-one collector’s item and on-field gem. We players have always known A2000’s for their Pro Stock leather’s durability, which continues to evolve and improve over time. * This head has stood up to extensive play.
* With 29 holes, the stringing possibilities are endless. If you're a stringer, it truly allows you to hone in on what you seek to get out of the head.
* I am a 2-way middie, and this head has held up for a whole season and summer ball. Has not warped at all and is still very stiff.

CONS



* Spend some time ensuring front and back holes line up or you're in for a headache getting a good lock.
* Not a big fan of the of the proprietary string king head screw.
