The XRS is an upgraded version of the popular Cascade S helmet. The S helmet features increased vision that sits slightly higher and allows a better up and down field of vision. The Cascade S, introduced the Jawbone, which is a single piece of plastic that extends from the chin back towards the ear and is designed to mitigate impact on the side of the head. The Cascade XRS has doubled down, and added another protective plastic stripe that helps distribute impact force. The XRS has also improved the airflow and weight distribution of the helmet and has upgraded their customization options, allowing for five customizable zones resulting in 9.6 million color combinations.

* This helmet is a tank. I feel completely confident and protected on the field with the XRS on. The multi-liner system and high-density foam absorb impacts like crazy. Haven't had any stingers or headaches since switching to this helmet.
* For a high-protection helmet, the XRS is surprisingly lightweight and comfortable. It doesn't weigh me down at all, and the 360 fit system ensures a snug but pressure-free feel.
* Being able to personalize your helmet with different shells, visors, and chin straps is a big deal for me. The XRS lets you do just that and create a helmet that reflects your style.

* The XRS is definitely on the expensive side compared to some other helmets on the market.
