Both used, and one of which (the white one) is restrung very recently. These racquets are for beginners and a good introduction to tennis players and getting to know a basic racquet. Specs are unknown because Head did not provide them on this racquet model (seems they only provided them on the box). For good context for specs I used this racquet in 4th grade all the way up until 6th when I stopped playing Tennis. Good beginner or intermediate tennis player racquet in my opinion.
