If you're looking for a great park board that can handle the rest of the mountain this is the one. This is not a true V-rocker board. It is cambered under the feet and rocker in-between. There are plent of camber/rocker hypbrid boards out there. What is uncommon about this board besides the unique graphics is the magnitude of these curves. The rocker between the legs is more exaggerated than most Burton boards which provides great pop and extremely responsive turning radius (good for terrain park). While the camber still provided me the necessary control and grip on steeper more challenging downhill.
If you are at fairly familar with snowboards you probably have heard of Union Binding. They are and have been the best manufacturer of snowboard bindings for as long as I can remember. The heel arch is made out of aluminum alloy which is significantly more durable than other a 100% plastic binding.
The only damage to the board is cosmetic. There is nothing functionally wrong with the board. The first is a chip/scrape on the underside of the board (see picture) that has been filled with p-tex. There is also a chip at the tip of the board that does not have any impact on the boards functionality. When I tried to get this fixed the technician told me there was no point in repairing it, and that it wouldn't worsen unless I continually damaged that exact spot. Aside from the paint chips, there might be rust on the edge but this is very typical and after one sharpening the rust will be gone.
