CONDITION: This item is fantastic vintage condition and is sharp, crisp and firm. There is some staining along the top/bottom and to the back due to storage dust and age and three total pinholes from hanging (2 along the edge, 1 near the tip). Otherwise, the tip is intact, and the pennant is in unbelievably great vintage condition!
