The 3-4-5 hybrids are Grafalloy regular flex graphite shafts and the 6-pw are regular flex steel shafts. New Lamkin mid-size grips recently put on. The entire set is in very good condition. No chips or deep scratching. I have the head covers for the 3-4 hybrids (lost the 5 HC). This is one of the best game improvement sets ever produced. No disappointments here!
