On April 3, USPS increased rates on all packages that require “manual sorting,” including an automatic $15 surcharge on parcels longer than 30”. This change impacts all hockey sticks shipped from US-based addresses.
We’re working with our shipping partners to identify a long-term solution. In the meantime, we’ll be issuing an automatic $5 credit to all users who purchase hockey sticks. (The credit will be debited to accounts immediately after checkout.)
We also recommend that shoppers consider the following:
- Purchasing stick 2-packs to save on shipping. (The shipping cost on two sticks is the same as one.)
- Bundling multiple purchases from a single seller.
